Account Suspension, Removal and Appeals Policy

Pending legal review

Version 1.0 · Effective 26 September 2026 · Last updated 26 September 2026

Pending legal review. This wording has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and may change before final publication.

1. Proportionate enforcement

Actions consider severity, intent, repetition and risk. Possible actions include a content warning, content block or quarantine, request for correction, content removal, temporary feature restriction, formal warning, temporary suspension, permanent removal for serious or repeated abuse, suspension of a tutor, course or listing, review of a certificate or portfolio page, and cancellation of referrals or rewards where fraud is proven.

2. Safeguards

  • No automatic permanent bans from uncertain scanner matches. An administrator reviews uncertain or high-impact cases.
  • Serious actions require an administrator's recorded reason.
  • The affected person is told where appropriate.
  • Relevant evidence is preserved, and the person cannot change evidence under investigation.

3. Appeals

You will be told the reason for the action. You may submit an explanation. One or more administrators review the appeal. The original decision may remain in place while the appeal is considered where safety requires it. The appeal, decision, reviewer and reason are recorded. Administrators may not decide appeals against their own actions.

4. How to appeal

Use the appeal option shown with the decision, or email support@nonofo.com.
