Secure Upload and File-Safety Policy

1. Prohibited uploads

Do not upload files containing:

• Malware, viruses, scripts, macros or other harmful or executable content.
• Other people's private information without permission.
• Email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp or other contact details intended to move communication off-platform.
• Payment or bank details.
• Malicious links, shortened links or deceptive QR codes.
• Copyrighted material you do not have permission to use.
• Abusive, hateful, threatening, sexual or illegal material.

2. How files are checked

Files are stored privately and are not shown to anyone else until checks are complete. Checks may include file type and signature, size, malware scanning, archive safety, text extraction, OCR, audio and video transcription, QR-code decoding and contact-detail detection.

3. File states

Uploading, Processing, Quarantined, Approved for viewing, Rejected and Removed. Quarantined or rejected files are never shown to other people.

4. If a file is not accepted

We tell you that the file could not be accepted and let you remove it and upload a safe replacement. We do not silently edit your files. Repeated or serious problems may be reviewed by an administrator.

5. Limits of screening

Screening is a strong protection layer, not a guarantee. It cannot detect every hidden, encoded or handwritten message.
