Safeguarding and Serious-Concern Policy

1. Our commitment

Everyone should be safe when learning on Nonofo Academy, especially in live and mentored learning.

2. Serious concerns include

Abuse, exploitation, grooming, threats, harassment, requests for private contact, and any risk of harm.

3. How to report

Use the Report button, or email support@nonofo.com with "Safeguarding" in the subject. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

4. What we do

Administrators review reports, may hide content or restrict accounts temporarily, preserve evidence, request clarification, escalate serious concerns to appropriate authorities where required, and record every action.

5. Protective design

No unrestricted private messaging, private meeting links released only after readiness checks, contact details blocked, and live sessions booked only through the platform.
