Portfolio and Certificate Sharing Policy

1. Certificates

Certificates of Completion are issued only after lessons, evidence, a reviewed assessment and administrator confirmation. Each certificate has a number and QR code that link to the public verification page.

2. Portfolio pages

Portfolio entries are private by default. You choose Private, Link only or Public, and may set an expiry, reset the link, unpublish or delete at any time. Link-only pages are hidden from search engines.

3. What public pages show

Only what you choose to publish. Public pages never include private files, private feedback, assessment details, contact details, protected course-media links or private storage locations.

4. Misuse

Do not alter certificates, claim certificates you did not earn or misrepresent your work. Administrators may hide a page after a valid report and may review certificates where misuse is suspected.

5. Sharing buttons

Sharing buttons only open each platform's own share page. Nothing is posted without your confirmation. Referral links are optional and separate.
