Payments, Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks Policy

1. Current status

Payments, paid enrolment, payouts and refunds are not available. They remain unavailable until a payment provider is connected and enabled. Pilot access is free.

2. Course pricing

Each full course has one Nigerian naira price and a fixed international price, shown before enrolment. Prices are set by administrators, and every change is recorded with a reason.

3. Consultation pricing

Consultation packages have fixed published prices and are request-only. A request is not a purchase.

4. Paid enrolment (when enabled)

Enrolment is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. We never treat a payment as successful without provider confirmation.

5. Failed, abandoned or duplicate payments

Failed or abandoned payments do not create enrolments. Duplicate payments confirmed by the provider will be refunded.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility, time limits and methods will be published here before payments are enabled. A refunded enrolment ends access to the course.

7. Chargebacks

A chargeback may pause access while it is investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account review.

8. Cancellations

Consultation requests and live sessions can be cancelled through the platform. Cancellation terms for paid sessions will be published before paid bookings are enabled.

9. Provider failures and platform errors

If a provider or platform error affects a payment, we will investigate using provider records and correct confirmed errors.

10. Taxes and currency

Prices are displayed in naira for Nigeria and in US dollars elsewhere, based on server-side region detection. Any applicable taxes will be shown before payment.

11. Payouts

Instructor payouts are not available and will be governed by separate terms when enabled.
