Live Learning and Consultation Conduct Policy

1. Bookings

Live sessions are booked through Nonofo Academy. During the pilot, bookings are free. Paid bookings are unavailable until payments are enabled.

2. Readiness and meeting links

Both parties complete a readiness check (microphone, camera, speaker, browser and connection). Private meeting links are released only when both are ready and must not be shared. We do not store camera, microphone or location data from these checks.

3. During sessions

Behave respectfully, keep sessions on topic and do not exchange contact or payment details. Sessions are not recorded by Nonofo.

4. Consultations

Consultations are request-only with fixed terms, sessions and deliverables. Requests are accepted or declined by an administrator. There is no unlimited or lifetime support.

5. Cancellations and attendance

Cancel through the platform as early as possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be reviewed.

6. Ratings

Ratings must be honest and relate to the session. Ratings can be reported and moderated. Learner ratings given by tutors stay private.
