Instructor and Course-Creator Policy

1. Applications

Instructors must provide accurate qualifications, experience and profile information, an approved profile picture and an approved 45–60 second introduction video. Applications are reviewed by an administrator.

2. Responsibilities

• Respect learners and keep communication professional and on the platform.
• Protect learner privacy.
• Never solicit learners off the platform.
• Use only content you own or are licensed to use.
• Respond appropriately to learner questions on your own courses.
• Follow attendance, readiness, booking and cancellation rules.

3. Courses

Tutor-created courses are reviewed by administrators before publication. Tutors cannot approve or publish their own courses.

4. Media screening

Profile pictures and introduction videos are screened for contact details and safety. Screening never judges appearance, accent, gender, age or personality.

5. Review and suspension

Listings, media, courses and accounts may be reviewed, suspended or removed for policy breaches, with recorded reasons and a right of appeal.

6. Payouts

Payouts are not available until separately enabled.
