1. Ownership
Course lessons, videos, explanations, resources, rubrics, assessments and protected prompts belong to Nonofo Academy or their approved owners and licensors.
2. What you may do
- Use approved materials for your personal learning.
- Use what you learn in your own project work.
- Copy prompts explicitly marked "Copyable prompt" for your own learning and projects.
3. What you may not do
- Reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload elsewhere or teach a protected course as your own.
- Share permanent course links, private video links or protected resources.
- Copy explanations, examples, answers, rubrics or instructor materials outside the platform.
- Attempt to remove watermarks or bypass access controls.
4. Protection measures
Course content may be watermarked with your name and session details and is access-controlled. Printing and downloading of protected material are disabled where practical. Screenshots and external recordings cannot be perfectly prevented, but redistributing protected content remains prohibited.
5. Your own work
You keep ownership of the original work you create. By submitting it you allow Nonofo to store, assess and display it as needed to provide the service and as you choose in your portfolio settings.
