Learner and Tutor Conduct Policy

1. Everyone

Be respectful, honest and professional. Protect other people's privacy. Report concerns.

2. Learners must

• Use their own account and submit original work.
• Avoid plagiarism, impersonation and false evidence.
• Not manipulate assessments or certificates.
• Follow course and live-session rules.
• Upload only safe and permitted files.
• Not share protected course materials or misuse portfolio pages.

3. Tutors and instructors must

• Keep communication professional and on the platform.
• Answer learner questions only within their own courses and sessions.
• Protect learner privacy and never request personal contact details.
• Not solicit learners off the platform.

4. Consequences

Breaches are handled under the Community Moderation and Account Suspension policies.
