Communication and Off-Platform Contact Policy

1. Keep communication on the platform

Course questions, answers, feedback and live-session arrangements must stay inside Nonofo Academy. There is no unrestricted private messaging between tutors and learners.

2. Not allowed

• Posting phone numbers, emails or messaging handles.
• Asking anyone to continue on WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal or any other platform.
• Sharing payment or bank details.
• Soliciting learners for services outside the platform.
• Pressuring or manipulating anyone to avoid platform rules.

3. What happens to blocked content

Content containing contact details, external links, payment information or off-platform requests may be held, rejected, reported or reviewed. You will see a message explaining what to change; we do not silently alter what you wrote.

4. Repeated attempts

Repeated attempts are tracked and may lead to administrator review, warnings, feature restrictions or suspension.

5. Official channels

Nonofo may later use WhatsApp or other channels for official support or announcements only, never for private course communication.
