AI Use and Assessment Integrity Policy

Pending legal review

Version 1.0 · Effective 26 September 2026 · Last updated 26 September 2026

Pending legal review. This wording has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and may change before final publication.

1. Tomi by Nonofo

Tomi is Nonofo's AI learning assistant. It supports learning inside the platform and may make mistakes. Check important information.

2. AI-assisted grading

Project assessments are AI-assisted and criterion-by-criterion. Tomi does not invent evidence and does not claim to have verified links or files it cannot check. Learners see their feedback. Administrators can confirm, request further review or handle appeals; they do not assign grades manually. Certificates require administrator confirmation.

3. AI screening

AI may help screen uploads and content for safety and contact details. It never makes final suspension or removal decisions alone, and never judges appearance, accent, gender, age or personality.

4. Your integrity

Submit your own original work. You may use AI tools as taught in the course, but you must not submit false evidence, impersonate others or manipulate assessments.

5. Appeals

You can appeal an assessment outcome through the platform.
