Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy keeps Nonofo Academy safe, fair and useful for learners, tutors and instructors.

2. You must not

• Impersonate anyone or give false identity, qualifications or experience.
• Share passwords or use someone else's account.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or suspensions, or otherwise circumvent a suspension.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone.
• Commit fraud, scams or deceptive activity.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, courses, files or administrator areas.
• Scrape, bulk-download or automatically extract content, or send abusive volumes of requests.
• Circumvent access controls, watermarks or private media links.
• Share protected course links, private video links or protected materials.
• Post contact details or ask others to move communication off the platform.
• Upload harmful, illegal or infringing material.

3. Consequences

Breaking this policy can lead to content removal, restrictions, warnings, suspension or account removal, as set out in the Account Suspension, Removal and Appeals Policy.
