Why take this class
Customers keep asking “How much?”, “Do you deliver?” and “Are you open?”. This class shows you how to make those questions answer themselves.
You follow a real example, Mama Grace Kitchen in Ibadan, screen by screen. Then you can do the same for any shop, salon, caterer, pharmacy or school.
What you’ll be able to do
- Set up WhatsApp Business with a complete profile and catalogue
- Turn on an automatic greeting and an after-hours away message
- Create quick replies (/prices, /delivery, /order) and use labels to track orders
- Build an AI assistant that answers from the business's facts and never invents prices
- Offer this setup to other businesses as a paid service
Who it’s for
- Small business owners who answer customers on WhatsApp
- Anyone who wants to set this up for businesses as a paid service
- Beginners: a phone is enough, and the tools used are free
